Welcome to the website of the National Eczema Association (NEA). Our mission is to improve the health and quality of life of individuals with eczema through research, support, and education.

Here at our website you have access to extensive information about the nature of eczema, its treatment and its management. You can read text of our patient information literature, selected articles from our quarterly newsletter – The Advocate, and reports from researchers and physicians about eczema. You can read about our Patient Conferences, Support Groups and research activities. You can respond to Action Alerts and other current issues of concern to eczema patients. Our goals in this website are to provide education about the treatment and management of eczema, provide support for those who have eczema and their families, help create meaningful opportunities for research, and speak out on issues affecting those with eczema. We hope our website is a step toward achieving those goals. The medical content of our website is original and is edited by our website editorial team. This team comprises mostly members of our Scientific Advisory Committee.
