Partnership to Study New Drug for Moderate-to-Severe Eczema

Members of our NEA community met with research scientists from around the world at Sanofi headquarters in New Jersey.Members of our NEA community met with research scientists from around the world at Sanofiheadquarters in New Jersey.  A patient panel format provided an opportunity for adult patients, caregivers, and a young child to share eczema insights and experiences that will impact the development of a new therapeutic for eczema.  It is not often that researchers have the chance to hear from patients themselves.  It was a motivating experience for the researchers and hope inspiring one for patients and caregivers.  Sanofi has partnered with Regeneron Pharmaceuticals to study a new drug, dupilumab, for moderate-to-severe eczema.  For more information on this study, please go to clinicaltrials.gov and search dupilumab.
