As the impact and spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) increase, the health and wellness of the eczema community is on our mind more than ever.

We are committed to helping our community stay well throughout the COVID-19 crisis and we will be creating and sharing stories, videos and virtual meeting spaces to foster health of skin, body and mind.

Healthy skin and body

The rapid spread of COVID-19 threatens to overburden our healthcare system and fill hospital beds. For people with eczema, this means it’s essential to take steps to avoid and manage flares. Support your health by reviewing eczema care basics, following your emergency plan, reducing stress (we know, easier said than done), managing itch and improving your sleep hygiene.

Healthy mind

Eczema can flare due to emotional stressors. We’ve assembled resources to help our community manage potential stress and isolation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

LEARNING RESOURCES

Read expert advice and community stories about self-care, managing parenting challenges and making your home an allergy-friendly sanctuary. If you’d like to share your story or advice, let us know!

WELLNESS SESSIONS

We’ve enlisted experts and community leaders to offer free online sessions in meditation, yoga, journaling and self-care.

COMMUNITY CONNECTION

We are creating opportunities for online connection with Facebook and Instagram Live sessions, virtual meet-ups a private Facebook group and real-time stories from fellow eczema warriors.
