I have suffered from eczema all my life, and have found many ways to manage my skin over the years. As a dietician, I was surprised that there was not more information about how proper nutrition can help control flare-ups. For example, sugar and alcohol can exasperate symptoms while fish oils, like those found in salmon, may help. I believe diet plays a very important part in helping control skin inflammation.
