I am 35 years old and have suffered from a severe case of what was recently diagnosed as dishydrotic eczema my whole life. I have tried numerous treatments. The only thing that provided any relief was a steroid cream, which only helped when I abused and over-used it. About two years ago I cut all meats out of my diet and now only eat fish, veggies, pastas, basically anything without meat or meat products. In the past two years I have had only two minor, short-term flare-ups. I wanted to share this with you in the hopes that you could pass it on and hopefully help someone else.
