Millions of children of all ages struggle with eczema and the constant battle against flare-ups. Eczema can be very frustrating for your child, since it is both intensely itchy and difficult to avoid all the triggers that may cause flare-ups. And although the physical discomfort can be troubling to your child, the social and emotional impact can also take a toll on your child’s self-esteem.
Doctors at select study centers throughout the U.S are conducting a new research study for children between the ages of 2 – 17 years who have eczema. The study is for an investigational, steroid-free topical ointment for eczema that is applied directly to the skin.
The study last about 2 months, and involves up to 7 visits to your local study doctor’s office. If you participate, your child will receive all study-related care and visits at no cost. You may also be reimbursed for your time and travel.
