OneSkin OS-01 FACE

OS-01 FACE is a lightweight moisturizer that has been proven to be safe for sensitive skin. Anecdotally, many users of this product have reached out that it has significantly helped with their eczema. In addition, our clinical trials show the formula is efficacious and supports the microbiome. Every ingredient in this formula was tested first in vitro on fibroblasts and keratinocytes in 2D cell cultures to ensure that they did not increase the gene expression of inflammatory markers. To determine the final formula we also tested on 3D human skin equivalents that were built in our lab, as well as on ex vivo human skin using our internal R&D skin score. Here, we measure over 20 specific genes looking at inflammation, hydration, proliferation, senescence, and DNA repair in order to find the safest and most efficacious final formula. The safety and mechanism of action of our proprietary peptide, Decapeptide-52 (also called Peptide 14), were published in peer review journals, as was our split face clinical trial on the full formula. We are preparing the manuscript of our microbiome clinical trial. In all, this formula is highly suitable for individuals with sensitive skin, especially those with eczema.
