How can we help you?

We’ll help you find trusted resources and next steps. Not a script, not a search bar, but a real conversation with someone who knows what NEA offers.

  • Talk through your eczema symptoms, triggers, treatments, care, and products
  • Get pointed to the right educational and informational resources
  • Work through finding eczema care that fits your situation

The decisions about your care are always yours to make. We’ll do our best to point you toward trusted, accurate information, but we can’t guarantee outcomes or promise specific results.

Who is the Navigator?

You’ll reach a real person. Someone who listens, knows NEA’s resources inside out, and is trained to help you find the right next step for your specific situation.

How can I speak with someone?

If you are a patient or caregiver with a question about eczema, including symptoms, treatments, allergies, mental health, finding a healthcare provider, or available support and resources, dial 415-499-3474 or 1-800-818-7546 and press 1 to connect with a NEA Patient Navigator.

Does NEA offer financial support?

We know cost is often part of the eczema journey. While NEA doesn’t provide direct financial aid, your Navigator can help connect you to organizations that support medication, transportation, and basic-needs assistance and point you toward government social service programs that may help.

Is this medical advice?

Eczema Connect offers information and resource navigation, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Our Navigators help you find trusted NEA resources and next steps, so you can make the most of your time with your provider.

Is this confidential?

We document interactions to help improve the service, but we will not share your personal information without your permission.

What are your hours, and how quickly will I hear back?

Eczema Connect is available Monday – Friday. If you reach our voicemail or submit your message by form, we will respond within two business days.

Is this for caregivers too?

Yes. Whether you’re managing your own eczema or supporting someone you love, your Navigator is here to help you find the right resources and next steps.
