On July 26, 2025, hundreds of community members laced up for the first-ever Steps to End Eczema at Eczema Expo in Scottsdale, AZ. Whether they joined in person at 7 a.m. or walked from home, participants across the country came together for one goal: raising funds to support people with eczema.
Together, the community raised over $46,000 for eczema research, advocacy and patient education, including a generous $20,000 match from NEA Board Member Dr. Peter Lio of the Chicago Integrative Eczema Center. It was a meaningful first step, and we’re grateful to everyone who was part of it.
There are no Steps to End Eczema events planned for 2026, but there are still plenty of ways to join and support the eczema community.
