All the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, I give, devise and bequeath to the National Eczema Association, a national, tax-exempt organization at 4460 Redwood Highway, Suite 16D, San Rafael, CA 94903-1953. To be used (a) to advance the general purposes of the Association at its Board of Directors may determine; or (b) for _______________ (a specific purpose).
