Feb. 28, 2025 (Novato, CA) —The National Eczema Association (NEA) today announced new Expo Scholarships, funded by the Tower 28 Scholarship Fund, to ensure more people impacted by eczema can attend the annual Eczema Expo. This year’s event will take place in Scottsdale, Arizona from July 24–27. Registration and scholarship applications are open at NationalEczema.org/eczema-expo.

Eczema Expo is an annual four-day event for people with eczema and their loved ones. Held at a new location within the U.S. every summer, Expo provides an opportunity for people impacted by eczema to learn from world-class experts, share their experience and find connection.

Expo Scholarships from the Tower 28 Scholarship Fund will be awarded based on need and will cover event registration costs as well as travel and lodging. The Tower 28 Scholarship Fund has committed $50,000 each year for the next four years.

A skin care and beauty brand made for sensitive skin, Tower 28 has been awarded NEA’s Seal of Acceptance™ for multiple skincare products and participated in recent Eczema Expos.

“We’re thrilled that Tower 28 has stepped in to support Expo Scholarships, ensuring that patients and caregivers of all economic circumstances have access to this one-of-a-kind event,”

said Kristin Belleson, president and CEO of NEA. “We see Expo transform lives every year and want to make sure the experience is accessible to as many people as possible.”

Founded in 1988, the National Eczema Association (NEA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and the largest patient advocacy organization serving the over 31 million Americans who live with eczema and those who care for them. NEA provides programs and resources to elevate the diverse lived experience of eczema, and help patients and caregivers understand their disease, actively engage in their care, find strength in one another – and improve their lives. Additionally, NEA advances critical eczema research and partners with key stakeholders to ensure the patient voice is represented and valued in education, care and treatment decision-making. The eczema community is at an exciting juncture, with increased recognition of the seriousness and burden of eczema and a surge in scientific interest and development of new treatments. Bolstered by NEA’s strategic plan, Blueprint 2025, we are driving toward the ultimate vision: a world without eczema. Learn more at NationalEczema.org.
