OneSkin OS-01 BODY

OS-01 BODY is a lightweight and super moisturizing formula that has been proven to be safe for sensitive skin. We have had numerous users reach out to us that this product has significantly helped with their eczema. Every ingredient in this formula was tested first in vitro on fibroblasts and keratinocytes in 2D cell cultures to ensure that they did not increase the gene expression of inflammatory markers. To determine the final formula we also tested on 3D human skin equivalents that were built in our lab, as well as on ex vivo human skin using our internal R&D skin score. Here, we measure over 20 specific genes looking at inflammation, hydration, proliferation, senescence, and DNA repair in order to find the safest and most efficacious final formula. The safety and mechanism of action of our proprietary peptide, Decapeptide-52 (also called Peptide 14), were published in peer review journals, and our clinical trial is under review in a peer reviewed journal. We have reported one instance of an adverse reaction to MedWatch and it was deemed to be unrelated to the formula and no follow-up was required by the FDA. Together, our data and conducted tests show this formula to be highly suitable for sensitive and eczema-prone skin.
