OneSkin OS-01 EYE

OS-01 EYE is a rich eye cream that has been tested to be safe for sensitive skin and has undergone clinical testing for its efficacy. Every ingredient in this formula was tested first in vitro on fibroblasts and keratinocytes in 2D cell cultures to ensure that they did not increase the gene expression of inflammatory markers. To determine the final formula we also tested on 3D human skin equivalents that were built in our lab, as well as on ex vivo human skin using our internal R&D skin score. Here, we measure over 20 specific genes looking at inflammation, hydration, proliferation, senescence, and DNA repair in order to find the safest and most efficacious final formula. The safety and mechanism of action of our proprietary peptide, Decapeptide-52 (also called Peptide 14), were published in peer review journals, and our clinical trial is under review in a peer reviewed journal.
