OneSkin PREP Daily Cleanser

OneSkin PREP Daily cleanser provides a gentle cleanse that is able to remove makeup, sunscreen, and any other occlusive products but is proven to be safe for sensitive skin. Every ingredient in this formula was tested first in vitro on fibroblasts and keratinocytes in 2D cell cultures to ensure that they did not increase the gene expression of inflammatory markers. To determine the final formula, we also tested on 3D human skin equivalents that were built in our lab, as well as on ex vivo human skin using our internal R&D skin score. Here, we measure over 20 specific genes looking at inflammation, hydration, proliferation, senescence, and DNA repair in order to find the safest and most efficacious final formula. In summary, our data and conducted tests show this formula to be highly suitable for sensitive and eczema-prone skin.
